We almost crossed major disastor to issue ids for all criminals who tricked to make into this country. I really appreciate new governor Arnold who everted the disastor. Otherwise these bunch of gov. idiots willing to issue ids for all these criminals and make this country especially california a banana repablic.
When they are ready to invest resources for milions of bunch of illigags, criminals and terrorists (who knows how many terrists are there in illigals), why not put same resources on legals who are very productive pay higher taxes promptly and make our life easier. If they start doing it we dont even have to look for JIT, dont even come to this board.

I would personally think that profiling would work better than a blanket statement as "People of X Countries" are potential terrorists. I have friends from Bangladesh / Pakistan who are very decent folks, been to school here in USA, works for Intel/Motorola/Microsoft etc. Its a shame when they have to go register with the BCIS just because they are from a Muslim nation. I would rather use intelligence records in creating several profiles of possible terrorists and use that intelligently.

Of course I know there are more than decent people from every country around. When you have to deal with large number of people, the effective security procedures to implement dont depend on few good people. These procedures are in place based on statistics. This is what I mean.
