RIR, filed on May 16, 2001.. still waiting.... No update to Lawyer from NJ DOL.

Anyone has any idea, what date is being processed now?

Hi,
I hope , May cases would not take much time like April. How many case May month might have.
Mine filed In JUne 2001 RIR. H1b ends by December' 2003.

How can extend my 7th year. Any suggestion please suggest me

Mine was filed on 5/9/01. They have now asked the attorney for additional information.

Hopefully you should be over this obstacle fairly soon. Keep this board updated. How long does your attorney think this step will take and for your case to reach Regional DOL.

The processing time updates show NJ is now processing RIRs filed in May 2001.

Reading earlier posts on this forum, it seems like everybody with a PD in May 2001 is still waiting to hear good news from their attorney.

Is there *anyone* on this forum who filed in May 2001 and as received a positive notice of approval from the NJ labor department ?

Inferno! Many thanks for compiling the list.

Here is my assumption:

PD:5/9/01: NJ AVM will get updated by mid of next week. If the AVM date is 5/15/01 or higher and If I don't hear anything from my lawyer by then, I will assume that my case has been forwarded to NY DOL for final processing.

hope my asumption is correct!

Guys, unfortunately, my case was delayed for 3 weeks. it was filed in the first week of june. I have updated the sheet.
