New immigrant health insurance

In fact, you are paying more in Inbound Immigrant and getting less coverage than Patriot America.

Patriot America, $50,000 with $250 deductible is $37/month.
With $100 deductible, it is 10% more, that is $40.70/month
With $0 deductible, it is 25% more, that is $46.25/month

Now, which is a better deal?

In fact, if you go to our new immigrants insurance section, you can plug in your age and date range, you can see the prices from various products all on one page and you can compare the coverage side by side.

Of course, Patriot.

You get more benefits at lesser price. You may wonder how is that possible?

Try to do the same calculation for 50 or 70 years old. Patriot will be always more expensive than Inbound Immigrant. But for any age, Patriot provides better coverage.

Say the older/senior immigrant already has a treatment plan that includs mainly medicines in her home country) but needs to go see a Specialist not a general physician, will that be covered under the plans offerd by insbuy?

Also what exactly does recurrence of pre-existing condition mean? If the person insured is a chronic hepatitis B patient, the the disease is always there. It doesn't reoccur but it could cause some problems and the person ends up in the mergency room because of the imbalance of certain medical factors. Will that be considered reoccurence of an pre-existing condition?

I appreciate you explaining the various options, it would be very helpful for people to decide if there was a comparison between traditional plans to see what's missing or what's lacking in the "other" plans being offered by insbuy or similar providers.

Essentially what I'm trying to figure out is say Aetna covers certain percentage of medical expenses say in case of hospitalization, what percentage might be covered if one couldn't get Aetna but got Patriot?

I hope that's making sense.

>> No

>> There is no way to answer yes or no in advance, until it actually occurs. You can read more about 'sudden and unexpected recurrence of pre-existing condition" on our web site. I don't want to post links here and possibly be flagged as spammer. Alternatively, you can call us.

>>> Main difference is that our plans don't cover pre-existing conditions, preventive check ups, maternity, birth control, mental conditions etc.

>>> If they are eligible for Aetna, by all means, go for it, always.

Patriot America:
After deductible, it pays 90% (80% out of network) in first $5,000 of eligible medical expenses, then 100% to policy maximum.

I hope that's making sense.

I hope that answers your questions.

You can buy it before or after arrival. However, I recommend that you buy before arrival to cover during the travel time as well.
