New I-20

Hello:

I am currently on my OPT which is valid till 03/04. However, I am thinking of returning to school, most likely somewhere in the state of Washington.

My question is mainly regarding 2 questions:

1. Will I be able to get an I-20 if i decide to go to Undergraduate school. I already have a BS in Computer Engineering but am not sure if I can get another I-20 for another undergraduate degree or not.

2. If I go for my masters degree, is it possible for me to go to online school and get an I-20 at the same point of time.

As it can be seen my main purpose is to get an I-20 and extend my stay in the US as long as possible till I can get a job to secure my future.

Any advice and suggestions will be appreciated.

Change of status from F1 to J1 visa with the VSC

I have applied form I-539 for change of status from valid F1 to J1 visa with the VSC & received processing time of 20-60 days. I am now past the 60 days processing period for the above application & not sure what to do now. In fact the online status has remained stagnant ever since the date of application in June 2003.

Please provide information about how to proceed & receive expediated reply from BCIS.
Have anyone of you filed for similar change of status in June 2003 and received any reply....if so how long did it take??

You will get any number of I 20 BS or MS or even some Certification Courses ($4000 per year Course) to stay more in USA
