Please post all new I-140 approvals here. It is getting very difficult to track the approvals in the monthly threads..

Got approved on Oct 17th, I didn't know it my lawyer told me & I checked it on online check.

RD - 09/09/02
ND - 21/02/02
AD - 10/17/02

Congratulations Gateway!

INS seems processing the I140 on some kind of random basis as there are ppl who are still waiting from Feb/Mar'02. I think whoever has send concurent 140/485 together in one pack they are getting the I-140/EAD/AP approved but ppl who send the Concurrent 485 application with I-140 receipt they are still waiting inculding me (I140 with ND 07/22).

But to you gateway, congrats and goodluck for 485. Keep posting the progress with your case!

PS: gateway, could you please post if you filed concurrently in one pack (140 and 485)? It will help isolating the cases which
are being approved - like tyzh and sanajypatel got approved like you! THANKS AGAIN.

I filed I-140 and I-485 at 08/21/02 with EAD and AP,

RD: 08/22/02
ND: 09/03/02
FP: 10/18/02
AD for I-140, EAD and AP: 10/17/02

I received a copy of I-140 approval notice and AP(2 copies)
today from my lawyer. INS mailed EAD to my home.
