I am in H1 with company B. My green card was filed by company A (Previous company), which is not there anymore, but am trying to use AC21. My 140 is approved a year back and My 485 is in final stages.
Now I am going to india next week to get engaged, do a register marriage, get her here in h4 and add her in 485. Then she will go back and I will get traditionally married end of this year.
I know its a complicated situation. what will be your advice for my scenario. I assume that she has to be in US for my to add her in my 485.
Btw, I didnt use my EAD & i used my present companys H1, which is valid.
My 485 was filed concurrent in may 2003. I am rushing mow as my 485 is in final stages.
any info , like I-485 related details to add wife at thi stage, documents needed, h4 document list would help.
