New H1B without I94 when already on H1B

Hi, I have a question. Suppose I have an H1B visa from company A and I apply for a NEW (NOT TRANSFER) H1B visa for another company B then 1) my visa for Company A is valid? I assume Yes. 2) Suppose my new H1B visa comes without an I94 then do I need to go OUTSIDE US? I already have a I94 for the visa from company A. Can i use that go regain entry?? Thanks in advance

While your application for B is being processed you leave US on visa and I-94 from A.

When you return you may or may not have received NEW H1 from B. So when you renter at POE you will have NEW I-94 based on A.
