New H1b premium processing

Hi,

I am trying for new H1b thru premium processing. If my employer applies now, Will I get the h1b approval within 15 days or only the receipt no. with in 15 days and visa after october?

Does it make any difference in applying for premium processing now say in july and applying in September?

If my H1b is applied now, what is the difference in normal and permium processing? If it is premium will I get the H1b as soon as the processing begins in October?

----yes your employer may get in 15-20 days aftre USCIS recieves the application
Does it make any difference in applying for premium processing now say in july and applying in September?
---It maked diffrence becase 65000 may be consumed, better go with premium processing but last month report says that they have processed around 17000
