New H1

Hello there
I am on H1 visa and completed my 2 and half years in US,
and not interested to continue with my present employer.
I have been approched by one more employer and he is
willing to sponsor me. Can he apply for a new/fresh
H1(for me) or H1 Transfer is the only option available.

since U are in US h1 transfer is safest. the applications, fees and procedures are same. Only difference is you get yr visa here and you can start working for new employer immediately.

U can also go for consular notification for new employer, which means that U have to go to home country and get new stamp before joining new employer.
