New H1 working for Non-Profit Organization

Hi,
Iam on a F1- student visa and my wife is on F2 visa. I am doing my masters in computer science. I wanted to work for a non profit organization, as a database administrator. How would i apply for H1-Visa.(The organization is working with Freddie MAC Bank in virginia on Homeownership projects)
what are the forms required?
How much is the fees?
What are the forms required from the company?
 
You have to file LCA first with Dept of labor. After getting the approval ,you have to file the set of 129 forms with INS. Some lawyers might do this for NPOs for a nominal fee . It will be better to use a lawyer.
