new H1 transfer while H1 transfer is in progress

I resigned company A and joined company B after getting the receipt number . I am still waiting for the approval. I donot like company B for various reasons and want to change ASAP. Do I have to wait for the approval of A->B transfer before moving to new company C ? It is only 15 days since the receipt date, according to case status at uscis website, it takes 90-120 days for this kind of case. But I don't want to wait that long. Is there any way to file another transfer either A->C or B->C while A->B is still in progress ?

BTW, what are the usual processing times at vermont center for H1 transfers nowadays ?

Go ahead with A to C but give ref; number of A to B to C company attorney .
