New H1 Startoff Date

Hi I happen to file for H1 and been selected in the lottery some luck favored
now i w'd like to know is there any time frame that i need to attend for visa as iam expecting my papers by next mon and once i got the visa can i enter US i mean before the h1 start date ie, Oct1st.

you can enter the US with H1 stamp 10 days prior to the start date on petition.
