Hi All,
I am posting this question on someone's behalf.
The applicant is Candian Perm Resident and taking MS classes in Detroit - US from Windsor -Canada as a traveller student. Now the new VISA requirement imposed to Candian PR by March 17, 2003. In this scenario is it best to apply for F1? and the person is also applying for h1 Application with INS. Please bear in mind if someone gets the F1 Visa and doesnt finish the school he/she can NOT get the H1 Visa.
Since this is his first semester and doesn not have US degree what would be the best thing to do at this time.Apply for F1 that takes more than 2 months or wait for h1 approval and then apply for H1 Visa.
Any suggestion would be greatly appreciated,
Thanks to All
