New H1: Need help.

I am currently in India and got offer from a company in Boston. They said they will use premium processing for my case. My question is, is premium processing valid for new H1? or is it just in transfer cases? And how long does it take for a new H1 with premium processing in VSC?

can be done

Premium processing can be done for either H1b Ext or New H1B.
It takes 15 calender days from the day VSC recieves the application. Also the attorney who filed for u can contact the INS officer at any time to check the status of Premium processing application.

Is LCA requierd for Premium processing?

Thank you for your reply. Do you know, if LCA is required for Premium processing? Is it possible to apply H1 petition to INS without LCA? Thank you so much for your help.

LCA is required

for all H1s... (new H1 or h1 to h1) irrespective of premium or normal processing.
