Does anyone know if newly applied H1 fee is applicable to extension of H1 too? Its not a new H1, but an already existing one, expiring in March 2005.
If I as an individual is applying for this extension, can I send a personal check towards application fee? Or does USCIS require that application fee should come from employer? In other words, should emlpoyer send a draft or check?
In case when lawyers are involved, they pay it. But i want sure if an individual could pay it.
Please do advise.
