Guys,
I wanted to find out if someone were to offer you a job and say they will do your H1-B, is it possible to get it done now..or you have to wait till like April'05 to file and October 1st to start.

Note, this is not an IT job..it is in the Food industry, I am not sure whether that makes a difference.

In gist, my question is that is it possible in anyways to get an H1-B approved in the next month or so for a job in the Food Industry.

Yes, you need to wait until April to file and the start date will be from Oct 1st.

So there is no way possible for a New H1-B Visa to be issued at this time..?

No way, unless you have a Master's or Higher degree from US University.
