There are a whole lotta changes in rules comin our way in Jan '05. My federal is pending since ages now...Its May 2003. ....Its RIR .....How lucky we are to see it frozen. 
..........So with the new rules what will happen ?...
Any ideas on when the batch from APR '03 onwards will be taken up ?.
When can we apply for 140 / EAD / 485?...can we have any concurrent filing ...with the priority date ??..
I am so confused with the rules ....Can anyone shed some light ?..
