Hi,
I have 3 questions:
1. USCIS fees are expected to increase. It is open to public comments till April 02 (1), then the USCIS has to review comments (2) and make decisions (3). To do (2) and (3), does someone have an idea how long it may take? Is it a question of days, weeks, months?
2. I am applying for NIW-physician by myself. If a document is missing, I will receive a RFE. Can those who have already received a RFE tell me if my check will be cashed when they receive my application (1) or only when they receive all my documents (2)? It is important to know because if (2) applies, I may then be subject to the increased fee...
3. Regarding document translations such as birth certificate, can I do it myself or it has to be certified by a professional?
Thanks.
