What is the new fee structure for H-1B application. This is a status change from F-1 to H-1B and hopefully to get into that 20K quota. Since the company that will be filing the application has around 12 employees, I read from the USCIS notice that they will have to pay $750 fee + $185 processing fee. They also mentioned about Fraud Prevention Fee of $500 but I do not see that in Rajiv Khanna's Fee Structure. Can anyone throw some light on this ?
