new EAD and old H1B

Hi,

I was working on EAD with employer A. The EAD was acquired through my husband's application. Our 485 got denied. Can I still go back to my previous H1 which I had with employer B?

Can I still go back to my previous H1 which I had with employer B?
---- check with employer B if he has not revoked the H1, if not and you have Valid H1B stamped, you can renter US get valid I-94 based on H1B visa stamp.


----- what is the reason of I-485 denial?????????

-- The I-140 was denied as the employer has 'unable to pay' RFE. We were told by our lawyer that I could still work using the EAD with company A.
