I am in the 6th yr of my H1. Here is my experience at delhi consulate..
my interview was at 1:45..i reached the consulate around 1:00. was done with fingerprinting, and other security checks by 1:30.
my interview turn finally came at 4:30pm.

visa approved without problems
waiting for the passport now. i got visa for only my current 797. i have a valid extension which couldn't get stamped because its on a separate 797
