New Delhi question for spouse...

Hi Everyone,
I want to know what will happen after you file at ND for you spouse.
How long does it take to get approval notice.
What kind of FORM my spouse will receive?
Please anyone help me out in this matter because i just come back from india. I filed for my my spouse last month/2005.
If you have more information please give me reply asap.

ND approves I 130 in 2 weeks. You should then receive packet 3 from your consulate. Fill it and send it back to them, after which, they will send packet 4 with interview date. Whole process should take approximately 4 months.

New Delhi question for spuse

Once you file at New Delhi. At the moment they dont give you file number and you priority date. I know that they aprove it in 2 week but how do i know what is my priority date and my Case number.

Do they come with PK3 or they send it to in separate mail?
