New dates are out....slight change

Not even seven...

This is what pisses me off the most. We have see RFE for May and August of 2000. Why they like to keep us in the dark? Why USCIS can't be up front. Sneaky little bastar*s :mad:
 
I think they are working on "under-promise" ## "over-deliver" theory. Thats why they write in case of Notice of Action of RTD's that it would take 465 days to process but it actually takes 4 months or so.

I agree. I also believe that they aren't allowed to move the priorty dates forward unless ALL known cases with that date have been worked on. So, they may be processing May 2000 cases, but if there are 10 Dec 31st, 1999 cases still pending, they aren't allowed to move the processing dates forward. Does that make sense?
 
Sure. They don't want another law suit. As far as I recall, Ngwainya v. Ashcroft started with people whos NDs were beyond the absolute cut off date, but they were still waiting and nothing was happening...
