90 days(which is calculated from RD) to get iEAD has nothing to do with JIT....and read on..
This is taken from "how to read this report" of JIT:
An application or petition with a Receipt Notice date listed above should be processed within 30 days of this notice.
It says receipt notice date. Before the mail backlogs usually RD and ND were only a couple of days apart and hardly it made any difference whether JIT was referring to RD or ND. But starting June/July last year with mail room backlogs people used to get ND as late as two months from RD.
I was following JIT for our other cases(H1\'s,H4\'s, 140\'s etc.) that usually INS processes according to JIT and found it getting approved based on ND\'s.
Anyways for 485 cases JIT is nothing but a BS that INS uses to keep people off its back.....
