Good to see the JIT report for I485 moving up! Knowing that CSC processing window is 3-4 months ahead from JIT dates (485) keeping the same speed should give us december approvals very soon...congrats to all DEC waiters! Hope to see us happy these days.

Chances are, the date will movement will get faster considering a lesser number of cases filed in October/November last year. (Months 10 and 11).

It is good to know JIT for I-485 is 9/1.
I have a case with ND 8/27. Does it
make sense to call IIO next Monday,
or have to wait till the end of Sept?
because of the 30 day rule...

how can you find how many cases logged in a month

Hi Sillyman,
how can you say less number of cases were filed in Oct/Nov 2001. where can i see this data for Q4-2001 and Q1-2002.

JIT date stands for the RD or ND ?

My RD is Aug 29 and ND is Sep 24. I am wondering when will I be able to send the fax queries, end of Sep or end of Oct ?

My ND is also 8/28. Hopefully IIO gives us some good news this time. I dont know if fax inquiry gets any response from them.

I think the JIT dates indicate the RD.
