Hello ,
Can any one please explain the new CP process . From which site can I get the list of countries which need not have to send PKT3 back to NVC? I saw about alpha , alpha plus and beta countries from rekha.com. According to which those selecting beta countries for interview need not have to send Pkt3 back to NVC. Seniors please help:confused:

Steps after I-140 is approved with CP option

Hi,

I want to know once I-140 is approved with CP option, what steps are to be taken. I have following questions.

1. How to track NVS for receiving your I-140 papers. Please mention required tel. number.

2. To obtain PCC (New York Consulate), does it required the PCC for my wife? If yes, do I have to fill two forms and pay $20 fee for each. How much time does it take to get clearence?

3. How to obtain Tax transcripts?

4. I have mariage and birth certificates, what else is required for the documentation?

5. If H1 extension is filled but not approved, is there any concern?
