New Citizenship Test Vs Old One

Looking at the new vs old questions, more than 80% of the questions are the same..just worded differently. I wouldn't categorize one better or worse than the other. Depends on personnel presence I guess.
 
I was not sure which one to prepare for because the application is filed before OCtober 1, 2008 and the Interview is After October 1, 2008. I guess i got confused by the term "Date of initial Exam" on the chart they have at above mentioned website....

Anyway, i called them to confirm and it seems we have an choice to select which test we want to give.

Initial exam means the first time you take the test at initial interview. If you fail exam, you will be able to do a secondary exam at a later date.
