New Citizen wants to petition parents

Hi I'm newly US citizen and I'm wondering what application should I file for
them. They are not US citizen but they're recently came here in the US on
tourist visa to witness my oath ceremony and show some support.

I tried looking for it in here but I couldn't find it.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You can file I-130 and I-485 for each parent whilst they are still in the USA (if you choose this option they cannot leave without advance parole (AP) until they have their green card.

Alternatively, if they want to return home for a while, you can file I130 once they have left and then they will go through consular processing when approved.
