new citizen petitions GC for wife, questions?
Hi, hopefully, i will get citizenship soon. i will apply GC for my wife afterwards. I have some questions to ask:
1) I-130 asks for original certificate of citizenship. but passport application needs it also. is there any way to get around? such as give only photo copy to I-130? or get certified copy? how long it will take to get back original certificate from I-130 application?
2) Many forms asked for A number. does new citizen have a A number? or should I use my old GC A number instead assuming I have already citizenship.
3) there is only one address allowed on I-130 and I-485. Could I use PO BOX instead of physical address?
4) as to medical form (693), should I file along with I-130+I-485 to local Dallas DO? or wait till requested by BCIS in a later time? I know it should be filed along when I-485 goes to service center (such as employer based GC).
