My case is Employment based Eb3. I-140 cleared, opted for CP, went for interview, case was kept pending due to name check. Now retrogression is there. I am hoping that my priority date will become current in max 6 months. during this time, I have become father to a baby who is born in my country outside of US. I am also living in my country now outside of US. How can I add him in my GC case as my dependent now? When I went for interview, there was no baby. What are my options? Is there a chance that they will give immigrant visa to me and my wife and not to the new baby which is not in my actual application?
