I just checked IRS AVM last night and heard the following message
“On May 4 we mailed you a notice that we approved your case. We send it to the appellate body for review. The notice explains in detail the basis for such proposed action. If 14 days passed and you have not received the notice, please contact…”
Can anyone tell me whether I am approved or still subject to an “appellate body” review? Is this the new procedure for I140 that Vermont center needs to send case to next level review? What’s that appellate body?
