dv 2010 winner question

Iam awinner of dv 2010 and my case number is very high (af72***)and it is not easy to be scheuled for interview. my question is can I submmitt new application for dv 2011 and whether my new application effect on my dv2010 process or not

yes you can. you can play until you have your GC then you not allow to paly.if you have interiew and you have not inter USA you are allow to play.

All regions were CURRENT for DV-2009. Be confident, you will get a chance for an interview.
Besides, you can apply for DV-2011. You are allow to apply until you get an IV.

only 55% to 67% for DV winer can pass the interview. so it is good to play very time DV.

If you sent the application, dsp-122 and ds-230 forms to KCC and then didn't get GC (didn't get 2nd NL or failed at Interview) then in future you won't be able to get non-immigrant intent visas such as F1(study), and Work Visas. So make sure what you are doing. If you didn't get GC with DV-2010, you can still play future dv but be prepared to answer Custom Officer why your previous applications got denied.
