I had filled the DS-160 form previously, then paid the $330 fee once my number became available. I already have another AOS pending under another status (but it is taking a long time). Must I now fill and pay another AOS for the lottery? The KC letter seemed to imply that I simply needed to call my USCIS center for an interview as am already in the US. Any advice?
