New and Need Urgent advice !!

Hi I am new in this forum and I need some urgent advice. I am currently under H1B and recently received the approval notice on my Alien Entrepreneur immigrant petition. However, my attorney has not yet submit the I-485, Adjustment of Status form. I am plan to travel aboard in the coming month and don't know if there is going to be a problem when I get my visa stamp in the US consulate or when I reenter the states? Am I able to reenter the states with my current H1B visa? Please advice.

A pending immigrant petition cannot prevent the issuance of an H visa, nor entry in H status. You will be fine.

An EB5 approval is impressive. Are you investing $500k, or $1m?

Thank you very much. One more question. Post I485 submission, how long will it take for USCIS to notify me for finger print scan? and also how long will it take for me to get to the initial permanent residency interview? Thanks again
