Hi Could you help me for below questions?

1. Is it possible to take visitor visa, go to India, and apply for OCI in India thru FRRO? I see applying OCI for kids in forums, is it possible for Adults with visitor visa?
2. It takes 3 months here in USA to get OCI, is there any quicker way to get it, like expedite process or walk-in?

I think you'd need an Entry visa to apply in India. I know someone who did successfully, buy it also took a couple of months, including a home visit from the police.
