New AD theory?

We used to think that AD was based on FP.

But from http://boards.immigrationportal.com/showthread.php?s=&threadid=78926 , Arya - ND 08/2001; FP 01/2003; AD 04/2003

Someone on this board did his/her FP in 11/2002. Why wasn't he/she approved? What was his/her ND (can that person post his/her details)? Also, many people who did their FP in 12/2002 haven't got their approvals. Why?

New theory: Is AD based on ND now?!

If we go by this theory then what happened to all the folks whose ND is from Nov 2000 (which BCIS claims they are processing) to Aug 2001. But whatever the logic is I hope that BCIS starts some continued and steady movement in I-485 approvals.

The only theory I can come up with for TSC is that there is no theory: anything goes...
