Do we have to post new ads for converting current RIR to PERM? This is bullxxx Spend lot of money on this again . My previous ads does not have the company name in them and new regulations requires the Company Name.
well, they say that if you want the benefits of perm then you need to follow the rules and unfortunatly re-advertise. I know it sucks, but at least we are going to get a timely response, supposedly.
