New 140 date is Aug 6th 2003 ^_^

Hi

Guys this is really a great news that they are processing august cases.

approval is not there yet but hope is already posted in the form of new dates.

mine is

RD 8/15/2003
ND 8/22/2003.


BTW anyone know what are these dates USCIS is process. RD or ND.

Processing DAtes

The dates posted on USCIS website for each processing center is the Notice Date or Received date. Somebody posed that VSC they are processing EB3 cases I140 cases of August 6 2003. Please let me know

It is always the Notice Date (ND) that is important. CIS when approves and posts the dates always uses the ND not RD. And yes the EB3 date for 140 is Aug 6th 2003.

Please visit the uscis.gov to get first hand information on the dates.

Dates changed

USCIS updated dates. you can visit uscis official web for latest dates, not immigration.com., immigration.com has link to official site...
