These bastards are kissing Mexican ass big time by extending 245(i). What are we anyway? chopped liver? I mean, we come here legally, pay taxes, contribute to the society and look at what they tell us? We\'re idiots to respect the system and obey the law, and those who break the law get priority over those who respect it.

I don\'t think anybody participating in this forum has ever voted in US elections. Here people are trying to get permanent residency. Anyway as mukund said, cool down.

Aren\'t we ignorant about the facts that is happening around us? Shouldn\'t we raise our concerns when we see that we aren\'t being treated equally? I agreed whatever the first poster said. We pay huge taxes and social security taxes to a country that gives more preferences to people who live here illegally. Yes it is fact. Think of it .. at one end highly qualified people from third world wait for their GC for 4-5 years and other side they issue 50000 visa by lottery. What for? Have you ever given thought to? No… because you are here to earn money and support ur family back home in India china Pakistan etc.. We are kind of so polite and obedient that no body bothers about us.

I understand your frustration. I am also waiting like you. Infact I have been treated worse than you are (replied for RFE and waiting for three months). You sounded like GC is your right, I don\'t think so. I totally disagree with you that people are here to earn money so they can support family back home. I know many people who are really well off back home and come here for higher studies and work here.
What is your point don\'t be polite and obedient and work illegally. My two cents.
