Never got any cash receipt?

Did not get cash receipt?

I was browsing some posts here and noticed that everyone seems be be getting some kind of a cash receipt.

I sent in my application to Newark, NJ,. I got a receipt letter with processing times mentioned on it and a application receipt number like EJxxxxx. Then after few weeks, I got a letter asking me to appear for FP. That letter had my A# on it. I went for the FP and got it done. No one asked me to show a receipt. They just asked for the FP notice.

So how do I find out what happened to my cash receipt? I paid the fee using money order. I have their stubs/receipt.

Some local district offices do not send a receipt, instead they just mail out the FP notice. Also, sometimes they send out a receipt after the FP notice. You really don't need to worry about it.
