Network Engineer - Nafta Category

Hello,

I got an offer letter and it says that it is classified as Network Engineer and further says that I am performing duties of network engineering consultant. I've BS Computer Engineering degree from backhome and it has been evaluated.

Could you please suggest whether I fall under Engineer category or Computer Systems Analyst category?
 
The steel ring is only fr Cdn-educated engineers. A Cdn engineering degree would not have had to be evalutaed, so I'm thinking "backhome" is not canada.
