Quick questions - please confirm:
- Does the TN support letter need any USMCA language added or just standard TN language listed (i.e. 1603.D.1 etc.) ? (I think TN language stays same)
- Is booking a flight from the US on an existing TN that enters Canada and leaves on the same day ill-advised when applying for new TN status? (I think it's ill-advised and illegal to book a round-trip like that.)
- No need to prove that one isn't a public charge when applying for TN at a POE, right? (I think it's not needed - a judge overturned)
- Any new trends to be concerned about when applying for the first new CSA-based TN for the same company (second time requesting 3 years)? (I'm assuming none if application is strong)
- Advisable to apply for H-1B if one eventually has 3-4 TN's in their past since H-1B doesn't consider past stays?
