2008 winner . I did not include my daughter's name when I filled up the forms in may due to fact my daughter is american citizen by birth. It was confusing whether to put her name or not , but it said in the forms to include the names for ones for obtaining a green card. My daughter is less then 16 years old.and naturally when I first applied for the lottery I did not include her name on the application, just mine and my wifes. I like to know If I did the right thing.. Please give me your honest opinion about this..Thanks to everybody..and good luck

NUMBER OF CHILDREN: Entries must include the name, date and place of birth of your spouse and all natural children, as well as all legally-adopted children and stepchildren, who are unmarried and under the age of 21 (do not include children who are already U.S. citizens or Legal Permanent Residents), even if you are no longer legally married to the child’s parent, and even if the spouse or child does not currently reside with you and/or will not immigrate with you.

That's for the original application. For the forms itself you needed to include ALL children, regardless of their citizenship in question 19. In q. 21 where it asks you to list people who will be getting GCs with you, you didn't need to list her.

it's not too late to send an amended form. If you didn't include your daughter in q. 19, you should resend your forms with a cover letter explaining the situation.
