Dear All:

I have recently changed new employer without infoming the USCIS as suggested by my lawyer & people here. However, the new company asks me to do a travel oversea. That means I have to apply AP; therefore I have to infom the USCIS that I have changed a new employer. Or do u see there is a way to get around it.

Also, is there anyone has experience with apply AP by yourself without lawyer help. If so, could you please post details.

So much appreciate with your comments

Boston_RIR Tks for your tips

Hello Boston_RIR:

Thank you for your tips; however, it looks like it will need a copy of company letter stating that the purpose of this trip & departure/return date & warrant issuance of AP?

The warrant issuance of AP is the part bothering me... means the new employer will be for it...
