Can you guys share your experience, suggestion on where to file 485
- Home in CA, Company in GA
- 140 Approved in TSC.
- Para legal sent 485 papers to TSC.
- If I have to file in CSC, Lawyer saying I have to file I-824 to transfer the file to CSC from TSC. Is that true ???
- I don\'t want to wait for 10-12 months at TSC then TSC to resent my papers to CSC.
