This is my situation. I am on a H1 with company A. Company B has an approved labor with Education/Experience matching with my profile. I got this evaluated by a lawyer and he says its a perfect match and I can go ahead with substitution. I want to file I140/485 without getting into Company B payroll. Lawyer says it is OK. I wanna listen to any comments from you guys.
Did anybody filed I140/485 on a labor substitution without getting on to other company's payroll and how does it worked for you?
