Need your help!

Hi everybody. Im new here. i live in germany and my bf is american and we want to be together.. we try to find something that we dont have to get married. but with all those different visa types im totally confused by now :) maybe somebody can help me...

a little bit more to my person. im 22 and i graduated from school then made an apprenticeship as an office clerk. lived in america as an au pair for one and a half years ( where i met my bf) and now im a receptionist since 8 month. I really want to be with him so we need to find a way.

We thought about getting married. But there has to be another way right? I mean it would propably the easiest way to get married but idk...
