Need your help with my sitiation

I am really glad that I came across of this forum.
I hope some of you here will be able to help me to clarify things that I need to do to get my status and GC.
I am married to a US citizen. We've been married for over a year now (15 month to be exact). At this point I overstayed my visitor visa by about 11 month now.
I would like to file to adjust my status to legal. Could you please advice me what forms I should be sending to USCIS. I would highly appreciate your help and advice. It seems that I need to send I-130 (my husband actually need to submit it on my behalf, right?). But what about my out-of-status status? Is it going to be a problem?
Also, can I send I-485 right a way? or should I wait on the decision on I-130?
Should I also send any other forms? I am getting confused as you can see. Please help. Thanks in advance.

Read up on AOS, there is plenty of material on this forum to guide you. You can AOS even if you are out of status. You will submit I-130 and I-485 together. Once you read up, come back if you have specific questions.
