Howdy,

I am working as a Sr S/W Engg in MNC in Bangalore, India. I have around 5 yrs of work experience. My company is sending me to our Canadian Clients' site for 10 Months and company itself will bear total cost. My question is, i had been rejected US Student visa twice in Aug 2000 so will there be any problem in getting Canadian work permit because of US visa rejection?

I dont think so and besides its been 7 years.

Be positive. This time you have a valid business reason to travel backed by your company and client.
 
Yah business travel reason will justify it and I think got nothing to do anymore with student visa on past years.
