Need your help regarding RFE response

Hi,

    I have been asked for last two years of W2 forms. I been working
for my current employer since Sep 99 and I have an H1B visa from them
since that time.

    My employer used to do payroll processing and benifits from a
third company which has a different employer ID.

    So I have W2 of this company till Apr 2000 and then W2 of my
own company onwards.

QUESTION:

    Do you think I should get a letter from my HR specifying that
    they used to do payroll processing from this third company

                                  OR

    Is it a normal case and INS understands it such?

Any similar experience in this matter? I am trying to make sure
that there are no more RFEs than necessary.

I have been in the same situation

I think you replied to one of my earlier posts.
My lawyer sent out the reply with a letter explaining the relationship between the three parties. Myself, My company and the payroll company.
My lawyer thinks its pretty common and shouldn\'t be a problem.
I would like to know, what\'s your lawyer\'s opinion on this.
